Nearly two decades of purpose
Meet Our Studio
For nearly two decades, Reverence Studios has been helping dancers discover excellence through exceptional instruction, meaningful relationships, and a love for the art of dance.

Why "Reverence"?
In ballet, a reverence is the final bow at the conclusion of class—a moment of gratitude, respect, and acknowledgment of the art, the teacher, and the work that has been accomplished.
When Reverence Studios was founded by Kirsten Kline in 2008, that beautiful tradition inspired our name. To us, a reverence represents more than the closing of a ballet class; it represents a heart posture of gratitude and humility. We believe the gifts of creativity, movement, and artistry are blessings from the Lord, and we desire to honor Him through the way we teach, learn, and serve.
Our Christian faith is the foundation of who we are and shapes the culture of our studio. It guides the way we encourage our dancers, care for our families, and pursue excellence in everything we do.
At the same time, Reverence Studios welcomes dancers and families from all backgrounds. We believe every student is uniquely gifted and worthy of respect, encouragement, and belonging. Our desire is to provide a place where every dancer can grow in confidence, develop their artistry, build meaningful relationships, and experience the joy of dance.
Every step is taken with purpose, and every dancer is valued as part of our community.
Nineteen seasons and counting
Our Journey
From a founding vision in 2008 to today, every season has built on the same foundation of faith, integrity, and a love for the art of dance.
2008 — A Vision Begins
Reverence Studios is founded by Kirsten Kline with a vision to combine exceptional dance education with a foundation of faith, integrity, and a love for the art of dance.
2009–2016 — Growing Through Dance and Ministry
Students grow, families join, and a community takes shape. Our traveling dance ministry teams perform across four states, and our Bible-based ballets help raise thousands of dollars for nonprofit organizations.
2016–2021 — A Season of Growth
The Prima Studio of Reverence Studios opens, creating new opportunities for dancers and families. Over the next four years, Reverence experiences tremendous growth as our community continues to expand.
2021–2025 — A New Generation Continues the Legacy
Through changing seasons and new challenges, our dancers continue to pursue excellence, build confidence, and carry forward the values that have shaped Reverence from the beginning.
Today — Nearly Two Decades of Purpose
Now entering our 19th dance season, we continue to believe every dancer has unique gifts worth developing — nurtured through exceptional training, meaningful relationships, and a deep love for the art of dance.

Fun Facts About Reverence
🩰 Number of times we've said "again, but with more energy!": Too many to count. 😉
🩰 Most repeated phrase in the studio: "Five, six, seven, eight!"
🩰 Things we never run out of: Bobby pins, water bottles left behind, and dancers who surprise us.
🩰 Our unofficial studio currency: Hair ties and encouragement.
🩰 Proof that dancers are dedicated: They will rehearse the same eight counts 100 times… and still ask, "Can we do it one more time?"
What families say
“Reverence Studios is an amazing dance studio that teaches both quality dance skills as well as great lifelong values. Everyone at Reverence is so welcoming! Miss Kirsten is a wonderful teacher who shows patience, kindness and love to all the dancers — the rest of the staff is so kind as well! My daughters always have so much fun here while learning a lot. It's always a positive experience which is so important. Also, I love that the dancers get the opportunities to go out into the community to spread joy and love through dance at places like care homes and more! I would highly recommend Reverence! ”
“Reverence Dance Studio has given my girls grace, poise, resilience, confidence, forever friendships, and so much more. Seeing my dancers in their recital pieces was amazing, but watching the group work through the loss of audio was astounding. I was in tears. Thank you for creating this beautiful studio and space for dancers of all backgrounds and abilities to be able to learn, grow, and succeed. It means more than you will ever know. ”
“Reverence Studios well-exceeded my expectations as a dance parent. My hope upon enrolling my daughter was that she would have fun and learn some dance moves, but she benefited so much more by having her faith strengthened every year. The instructors are all young women who love Christ and they serve as good role models for young girls who are at a critical point in their development. Believe me, in our culture, that is hard to find! Furthermore, as a parent, I appreciate that there is no need to worry about revealing outfits or suggestive dance moves. Lastly, the studio cultivates a culture of respect and Christian values which will serve my daughter well for the rest of her life, and for that I am very thankful. ”
“We love Reverence Studios! All of the instructors my daughter has had have been absolutely wonderful and provide a fun, engaging environment to learn proper dance skills and techniques. They offer a wide range of classes so there is something for everyone. We love that the studio provides opportunities to share the love of dance to others in the community such as performing special Christmas programs or visits to local personal care homes. The recital costumes are beautiful and modest as well which we are thankful for! We are so glad we found Reverence Studios and highly recommend it to anyone! ”
“My daughters have been dancing at Reverence for 14 years. We absolutely love Reverence with all of our hearts. It's been a fantastic, positive, and upbeat atmosphere for them. The teachers are so kind and patient and give the dancers a sense of positive self-worth. The owner, Miss Kirsten, is a true visionary that mixes faith with great music, fun, and lots of laughter. This studio has changed my daughters' lives and mine for the better. ”
